The End Is Near

For a story I thought about over the weekend - classically speaking the phrase "The End Is Near" is one of those sayings that never goes away. It's usually used to indicate the end of the world - whatever world you happen to mean at the moment.

In this case "The End" is an entity and nothing as finite as the end of the world or life itself.

I have never done any serious graffiti - either as a younger man or a graphic artist, but I came to appreciate it's qualities. If ever there was an embodiment of rebellion and the idea that a great artist can come from anywhere it's graffiti.

I don't plan on getting to this story any time soon unfortunately - there is simply too much piled in front of it. But like a lot of ideas it will rattle around in my head until one day I won't be able to say "no." Haha!
